Customers wishing to collect goods from our warehouse are welcome to do so between the hours of 9am – 12-45pm and 2pm – 4-45pm Monday to Friday and 8-30am – 12-15pm on Saturdays excluding bank holidays, goods are not able to be collected or accepted for delivery outside of these hours.
Any delivery dates quoted by Brent Plastics Ltd are intended as a guide to the projected delivery of the product and do not constitute a binding contract to supply on that date.
Delivery charges may apply in some circumstances, our sales office will advise when this is the case. Our contract to deliver is for kerbside only, in the interests of health and safety please ensure you have sufficient labour on site to manually handle the goods.
The liability on any material supplied, that is proved to be faulty, shall not exceed the cost of the replacement of the material and shall not include any labour charge or ancillary charges. Customers have a responsibility to ensure that the material that they have purchased is in good condition when signed for and suitable for the intended use.
Brent Plastics Ltd reserve the right to refuse to accept goods for return when they have been supplied correctly and in accordance with the customer’s specification. Where the goods are accepted for return they must be in perfect condition and will be credited at their cost less a restocking charge. Special orders and non stock items will not be accepted back for credit.

All products and services supplied by Brent Plastics Ltd are subject to Brent Plastics Ltd’s standard terms and conditions and are supplied only on that basis. Copies of Brent Plastics Ltd terms and conditions are on display at Brent Plastics office or can be obtained by contacting our sales office and requesting a copy which can be posted or e-mailed.
